• from $35 to lay laminate or engineered timber or bamboo floating floor
• from $50 to lay direct stick timber or bamboo floor
• from $300 / step to lay timber floor on stairs, price including plywood and adhesive as well

Skirting boards (minimum 100 m for this price)

• $14/m to supply and fit MDF primed skirting board up to 92 mm high
• $19/m to supply and fit MDF primed skirting board up to 120 mm high

Decking (minimum 50 m² for this price)

• from $250 / m² to supply and build pine decking
• from $350 / m² to supply and build hardwood decking
• from $350 / m² to supply and build composite decking

Other carpentry works

• $150 / door to hang internal hollow core doors, labour only (minimum 7 doors for this price)
• $500 / door to hang external door, labour only (minimum 2 doors for this price)
• $1500 / day, for 1 qualified carpenter and 1 trade assistant
